Uralla Showground Trust to install solar power with government funding | The Armidale Express

Uralla Showground Trust Chair Bev Stubberfield said she never thought the board would be in a financial position to install a roof-top solar system. But the land managers of Uralla Showground this week realised a long-held dream of installing solar panels on the main pavilion roof when Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall announced an $11,550 grant for the project. “When the new Uralla Showground board was formed we set out our priorities for the future, and while solar was on the list we all thought it would be just a dream,” Mrs Stubberfield said.
